Operations Planning Analyst II

CSA is looking for a remote Operation Planning Analyst II to provide training, policy, and Emergency Management (EM) Program Assessment Support to the Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC), currently located within Building 111 at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.
Primary responsibility includes providing support for the successful development, delivery, and tracking of training to the Navy emergency management community, including installation emergency managers, emergency operations center managers, incident management team members drawn from across the command, and installation commanding officers, executive officers and senior enlisted. The task also involves the development, coordination, and drafting of Emergency Management policies and procedures to include coordination with other Departments, Regions, and Installations. Primary responsibility involves facilitating policy review discussions, drafting, and creating official tasking for working and executive level review, and tracking / adjudicating comments provided during the review period. This task also provides support for the successful delivery and tracking of Emergency Management Program metrics.
Technical Trainer

Training Specialist - Part Time On Call (PTOC)

The Training Specialist supports the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events for exercises up to and including Combined Joint Task Force level; provides subject matter expertise for the Command and Control, Maneuver, Fires, Protection and Sustainment Warfighter functions. The Training Specialist also prepares exercise scenarios, war plans, and orders to support exercises; tests and evaluates computer simulation databases to ensure military operations are accurately displayed; develop assessments input for exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and after-action review of company through COCOM-level exercises; design, develop, rehearse, and execute academics; and develop and execute AAR products and take-away packages. This position does not provide work authorization for Germany or Italy.

- Develops, coordinate, synchronizes, and delivers scenarios products to include scenario concept, war plans, orders and master scenario event list products to stimulate training.

CSA is looking for a Customer Service & Tech Support – Junior to provide on-site support to the Prime Contractor located at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY) and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Hawaii. The purpose of this IT and Cybersecurity services contract is to provide the Government with IT and cybersecurity support capabilities in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Department of Energy (DoE) regulatory requirements.

- Primary responsibility is to provide on-site support Monday – Friday from 0630 to 1500 normal working hours (as directed by the Prime Contractor).

Client Solution Architects is looking for an Instructor Controller III in the Hohenfels, Germany location.
The Instructor Controller III provides technical expertise for the set-up, configuration, operation, training and troubleshooting of U.S. military command and control related clients and software tools. Individual shall be the technical expert on the simulation-stimulation of the systems to include the employment or mission command information systems and the employment of simulations and/or gaming systems that stimulate mission command information systems. Support the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support exercise control. Provide instruction to personnel as designated by the exercise/event lead to meet individual and unit training objectives. Work in support of IT system configuration; troubleshoot issues, and provide IT quality assurance.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Utilize experience and skills from the extensive use of mission command information systems and of live, virtual, constructive and gaming simulations per U.S. Army doctrine for training from assignments in U.S. Army branches such as but not limited to Armor, Infantry, Logistics, Artillery, Military Police, Air Defense, Engineer, Aviation, Signal, Transportation and other organizations and branches. This routine use of simulations and/or command and control information systems includes the following specific duties and responsibilities:
- Operate simulation and mission command information system clients and provide functional support and feedback during events.
- Support the technical system used to include writing exercise support plans and identifying personnel requirements.
- Recover and reconsolidate all systems after the exercise to ensure 100% functionality.
- Test and provide operator level maintenance and storage of command and control, simulation, and gaming systems.
- Provide over the shoulder support to the military and civilian personnel on the operation of command and control and supporting simulation systems.
- Support the After Action Review collection and presentation process.
- Provide input to exercise design and technical planning products.
- Develop, refine, execute and manage programs of instruction for simulation systems and mission command information systems as determined by the customer.
- Prepare and provide professional instruction on simulation systems and mission command information systems in a classroom and/or lab environment to U.S. and / or multinational audiences up to approximately 50 personnel.
- Provide technical expertise in the set-up, configuration, testing, training, operating and troubleshooting of simulation, gaming and mission command information systems to support individual, collective, and unit training.
- Support system database development and advise on use of command and control, simulation, and gaming systems to support individual, collective, and unit training objectives.
- Provide IT configuration of stations and related systems.
- Perform IT quality assurance of systems and provide feedback to system network administrators.
- Document and update processes including internal training and certification programs.
- Perform tasks under deadlines.
- Prepared to work at a computer terminal for extended periods.
- Prepared to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, for consecutive days up to 3 weeks.
- Support the preparation, execution, pre-exercise setup and post-exercise recovery and reset of all facilities, workstations, work areas, TOC Pads, and training areas back to their original configurations.
