The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract is a broad-based Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) administered by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The CIO-SP3 GWAC can be used by any federal civilian or U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) agency to fulfill a broad range of mission-critical information technology (IT) requirements.

Managed by GSA, OASIS+ is a suite of governmentwide, multiple-award contracts designated to provide federal agencies with flexible access to a broad range of service-based solutions. The program enables agencies to place integrated professional services task orders through a Best-in-Class vehicle to address complex requirements.

U.S. Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) Program Office ensures warfighters’ readiness by delivering world-class program management and procurement services. RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to engineering; research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; education and training services.

RS3 may be used by all DoD and federal agencies with C4ISR-related missions.
