Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer in Millington, TN.

How Role will make an impact (Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Engineer, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows environments, sustaining MS Server and MS Workstation systems that support mission operations.
  • Support identity, authentication, and directory dependencies using Active Directory and LDAP, enabling access workflows and service integrations.
  • Support certificate and authentication requirements tied to secure communications and access using Microsoft Certificate Server and ActivIdentity ActivClient.
  • Configure and troubleshoot core network services and protocols that impact service reachability and performance, including DNS, DHCP, IPV4/6, and SSL/TLS.
  • Support secure remote administration and controlled file movement using Putty, SFTP, and FTP as required.
  • Administer and troubleshoot remote access/application delivery environments using Citrix to support reliable end-user connectivity.
  • Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot performance/availability issues using Solarwinds, identifying conditions that impact operations.
  • Support enterprise systems management using the System Center toolset where applicable, including System Center Configuration Manager (Microsoft), System Center Operations Manager (Microsoft), and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (Microsoft).
  • Support virtualization and resiliency requirements using Hyper-V Virtualization and Hyper-V Replication.
  • Support repeatable operational processing and scheduling using Control M and Control D, validating job execution and outputs.
  • Support security posture activities and tool-enabled troubleshooting as required, including HBSS/ESS, Ivanti Endpoint Security, ACAS, Netsparker, and Checkmarx (as applicable to the environment).
  • Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and system artifacts using Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Project), and collaborate with stakeholders through SharePoint and FlankSpeed Teams

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • 10 years of relevant experience supporting systems engineering, enterprise system administration, troubleshooting, and integration in managed environments.
  • Operating systems: MS Server, MS Workstation.
  • Identity and access: Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Certificate Server, ActivIdentity ActivClient.
  • Networking and secure communications: DNS, DHCP, IPV4/6, SSL/TLS.
  • Secure administration and transfer: Putty, SFTP, FTP.
  • Enterprise platforms and tooling: Citrix, Solarwinds, SharePoint, FlankSpeed Teams.
  • Systems management and virtualization: System Center Configuration Manager (Microsoft), System Center Operations Manager (Microsoft), System Center Virtual Machine Manager (Microsoft), Hyper-V Virtualization, Hyper-V Replication.
  • Scheduling/operations: Control M, Control D.
  • Security tooling familiarity: HBSS/ESS, Ivanti Endpoint Security, ACAS, Netsparker, Checkmarx.
  • Productivity tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Project)
