Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Specialist II to support onsite in the Arlington, VA area.


For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  


This position is contingent upon contract award.


Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.


How Role will make an impact:

  • Provide subject matter expertise across one or more assigned functional areas in direct support of Navy command missions and objectives.
  • Support Knowledge Management initiatives, including SharePoint site architecture and administration, development of the Operational Activity Taxonomy, and dissemination of knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and documentation to enhance information sharing and reduce organizational silos.
  • Support Platform Operations activities, including the configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and sustainment of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems in accordance with DoD and DON technical standards.
  • Support Portfolio Management functions, including program tracking, resource alignment, budget coordination, and reporting to inform leadership decision-making across the command portfolio.
  • Support Cybersecurity and Compliance efforts, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, vulnerability management, configuration management, and adherence to applicable DoD cybersecurity requirements.
  • Prepare briefs, executive summaries, point papers, and technical documentation to communicate factual information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Coordinate official tasking through approved IT systems and maintain accurate records in support of command reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with government leadership, technical staff, and external agencies to resolve technical and operational issues and to advance mission outcomes.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with applicable statutory, regulatory, and command-specific requirements and contribute to audit readiness.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • A minimum of five years of specialized experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Knowledge Management, Platform Operations, Portfolio Management, Cybersecurity/Compliance

  • Working knowledge of applicable DoD and DON policies, procedures, and technical standards relevant to the assigned functional area.
  • Ability to communicate factual information clearly and precisely through written and verbal reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and coordinate with government and contractor personnel.


Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
