Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a SharePoint Systems Administrator in Millington, TN.

Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  



How Role will make an impact:  

  • Administer and troubleshoot SharePoint environments, including site structure, permissions, lists/libraries, and content organization to support reliable collaboration and information sharing.
  • Manage SharePoint documentation repositories, templates, and controlled publishing workflows to keep content organized, searchable, and current.
  • Support identity and access dependencies that impact SharePoint access using Active Directory, including coordination of account/permission updates as required.
  • Track SharePoint enhancement requests, defects, and administrative work using AzureDevOps (TFS) to maintain clear traceability from request through completion.
  • Automate repeatable SharePoint and documentation workflows using UiPath where appropriate to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, working sessions, and issue resolution through FlankSpeed Teams.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and admin job aids using Microsoft Office Suite to include Visio/Project

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • 3 years of relevant experience supporting SharePoint administration and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
  • SharePoint administration: SharePoint.
  • Identity and access familiarity: Active Directory.
  • Work tracking and coordination: AzureDevOps (TFS).
  • Workflow automation: UiPath.
  • Collaboration and documentation: FlankSpeed Teams, Microsoft Office Suite to include Visio/Project
