SharePoint Administrator
CSA is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to support a program onsite at Grafenwoehr, Germany.

The SharePoint Administrator manages the customer’s web-based platform as a project-based, selection and resource configured knowledge management tool. This role manages the architecture of the platform, facilitates ease of use for all customers, and delivers robust support and maintenance. The SharePoint Administrator collaborates with all performance and capability units, remote mission training centers, knowledge product management enablers, operations management and the contract program management team.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Responsible for content management on the Joint Multinational Simulation Center SharePoint portals and public web sites, sub-sites, lists, libraries and content.
- Develop, maintain and continually improve
- The knowledgebase content, taxonomy and organization
- The processes for managing knowledge
- The processes around the creation and use of knowledge
- Optimize knowledge articles for our clients through gap analysis, metric evaluations, working with SMEs, editing, and publishing to our client’s knowledge base
- Work with groups and subject matter experts throughout the organization to support individual and local information search and retrieval needs
- Optimize content according to Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Contribute, build and implement SEO best practices for the knowledge base articles
- Support business initiatives and goals and map knowledge impacts and implement change/solution
- Manage content distribution to online channels.
- Increase web traffic across platform and track web analytics and users' engagement.
- Build advanced logic into knowledge management systems to make simulations of human decision making.
- Create systems to support the use of process automation metrics.
- Transform management ideas and implement appropriate solutions
- Identify, track and manage project issues / challenges and ensure they are reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple simultaneous priorities and workflow, and effectively work both individually and as part of a team.
- Support business initiatives and goals and map knowledge impacts and implement change/solutions.
- Digitize the client's knowledge assets to resolve client challenges by converting into a format to maximize access and utilization.
- Analyze, uncover and understand business challenges and issues faced by the customer, and design and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings and workshops to collect input, discuss requirements, report progress and present outcomes.
- Provide high-quality customer service on the delivery, deployment and application of solutions; resolve help desk tickets; troubleshoot problems that arise in an expeditious and efficient manner.
- Manage new requests for intranet projects and sites.
- Support internal and external technical related inquiries.
- Support knowledge system development and research activities.
- Manage digital knowledge repositories, intranets/portals, collaborative tools, and social media tools.
- Integrate HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies required to implement and maintain web portals.
- Conduct research and collect information from a wide variety of resources
What Sets You Apart:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Education: A bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent related experience, OR an associate’s degree plus 7 years of recent related experience OR a major certification (per DOD 8140 and recognized by DOCPER) plus 7 years of recent related experience, OR 11 years of recent related experience
- Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders.

- Must be able to travel to various locations throughout the USAREUR-AF Theater in Europe and Africa.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate's Degree or higher in Information Management or a related field
- Three (3) years of experience in the Microsoft SharePoint environment or similar web-based collaboration software tools
- Two (2) years of experience designing and implementing web design, collaboration tools, and content management
- Knowledge with database management and programming
- Experience leading cross functional work teams providing direction and motivation to others.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
- Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices

- Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
- Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
- Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds

The annual base salary range for this position is $55,750 to $60,000 + HOLA/COLA, if applicable. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
