Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Senior Training Analyst to support the Assistant Program Manager for Training (APM-T) in the development, coordination, and execution of training strategies across the PMW/A 170 portfolio. This role supports integrated acquisition efforts, training document development, Fleet coordination, and participation in program-level IPTs and data calls.

 How Role will make an impact:  

  • Provide subject matter expertise to the APM-T across all PMW/A 170 Communications training efforts, ensuring alignment with program and Fleet needs.
  • Lead the development and coordination of training documents including FEAs, TRPs, NTSPs, TSPs, HSI Plans, and TSIPs.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to provide training inputs, support alignment with system development, and integrate training planning across disciplines.
  • Apply DoD ISD and PADDIE methodologies using Navy training systems and tools such as CPM/LOM, HARPS, FLTMPS, and CeTARS.
  • Coordinate with Fleet stakeholders to schedule training convenes and manage student quotas for Fleet training courses.
  • Ensure all training products comply with NAVEDTRA guidelines and are consistent with ILS and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with ISEAs and training centers to develop and maintain Fleet, RMC, and FSET training packages.
  • Interpret and apply DoD, OPNAV, SECNAV, and NAVEDTRA policies to ensure compliant development, delivery, and assessment of training.
  • Support development of training briefs and materials for interim and formal delivery, including OJT, PQS/JQRs, ILT/ILE, and Train-the-Trainer packages.
  • Lead and support training-related data calls, coordinating responses, gathering metrics, and compiling program training inputs for higher headquarters and Fleet stakeholders.


 What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team: 

  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • Several years of experience in training and development, with progressively increasing responsibility. Senior roles often require at least 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery techniques. Strong organizational and project management skills are also crucial.
  • Familiarity with the NAVETRA standards.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific training needs and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to lead a team of trainers, manage training programs at a strategic level, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
