Program Developer
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Developer in Millington, TN.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. How Role will make an impact:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using .NET (C# / VB), ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework, delivering reliable functionality aligned to operational needs.
- Use Azure DevOps (TFS) to manage source control, backlog/work items, builds, and release activities that support repeatable delivery and traceable changes.
- Develop and maintain web application components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery, supporting user-facing functionality and consistent behavior across supported environments.
- Support integration and data exchange patterns using XML and SOA/SOAP/WCF, maintaining interoperability between applications and dependent services.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL and DB2, and support reporting outputs using Crystal Reports and Business Objects XI/BI.
- Configure and support web server and middleware components including IIS, IHS, Apache Tomcat, and WebSphere to maintain application availability and performance.
- Administer and support enterprise platforms and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, FlankSpeed Teams, Adobe Experience Manager, and Content Manager IBM as required for application and content delivery workflows.
- Support identity and access dependencies using Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Certificate Server, enabling authentication workflows and secure service connectivity.
- Automate repeatable workflows and operational tasks using UiPath and Telerik to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Support scheduled processing and batch operations using Control D and Control M, validating execution and outputs tied to application workflows.
- Support secure communications and controlled data movement using SSL/TLS, VPN, SFTP, and FTP, and troubleshoot related network dependencies including IPv4/6, DNS, and DHCP.
- Support cybersecurity posture and troubleshooting as it impacts applications and environments using HBSS/ESS, ActivIdentity ActivClient, and Ivanti Endpoint Security.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using SolarWinds and System Center tooling, and support enterprise management functions using the System Center Suite (SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, etc.).
- Support virtualization and platform dependencies using Hyper-V Virtualization and Hyper-V Replication, and support storage/backup solutions including Storage Spaces Direct and System Center Data Protection Manager.
- Support and troubleshoot across Linux and Windows environments (MS Server, MS Workstation) as required for development, hosting, and operational sustainment.
- Support document capture/scanning workflows when required using Kofax Ascent Capture and Kofak Duplex Scanner.
- Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and delivery artifacts using Microsoft Office Suite to include Visio and Project, supporting clear handoffs and maintainable solutions.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of relevant experience
- General experience in Software, systems, business processes, system/network/software/hardware integration and cloud infrastructure
