Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Network Administrator to support a program onsite in Pensacola, FL.

CSA is seeking a Network Administrator with experience supporting enterprise network infrastructures in secure computing environments. The successful candidate will help manage, maintain, and optimize network systems that support our Navy client’s training and operational requirements within a modernized computing environment.


As a Network Administrator on our team, you will ensure network services, connectivity, and supporting infrastructure remain secure, functional, and highly available. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing network devices, and supporting training and operational systems. Your technical expertise will play a critical role in maintaining mission-critical systems and ensuring reliable communication between users, applications, and network resources.

You will work closely with system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and customer stakeholders to identify and resolve network issues, implement infrastructure improvements, and support network modernization efforts. Your ability to analyze network metrics and communicate findings will be essential in maintaining operational effectiveness and supporting training missions.

How Role will make an impact: 

  • Administer, maintain, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
  • Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. 
  • Monitor network performance and availability to ensure reliable operation of training and operational systems. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues. 
  • Implement network security controls and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements. 
  • Manage VLANs, VPNs, network segmentation, and access control mechanisms. 
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures. 
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure maintenance activities. 
  • Support network capacity planning, disaster recovery initiatives, and infrastructure modernization projects. 
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement STIGs, RMF controls, and vulnerability remediation efforts. 
  • Assist with incident response activities related to network performance, security, and availability. 
  • Travel to sites for hardware upgrade and installations.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance:  Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. 
  • General Experience in Network Administration, Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting, Enterprise Infrastructure Support, Technical Documentation, Systems and Network Operations 
  • Security+ certification OR qualifying bachelors degree to meet DoD8140 DCWF WRC 451 requirements

 What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience supporting DoD network environments. 
  • Experience administering Cisco, Dell, Juniper, or other enterprise networking platforms. 
  • Experience with routing and switching protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS. 
  • Experience with network monitoring, analysis, and management tools. 
  • Experience implementing and maintaining DoD STIGs and security controls. 
  • Knowledge of RMF, PKI, and DoD cybersecurity compliance requirements. 
  • Experience with firewall administration and VPN technologies. 
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or network automation tools. 
  • Experience supporting data center and enterprise network operations. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) 
  • CompTIA Network+

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
