NET/ONE Net Analyst

CSA provides managed IT support services to assist the Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) located in the Navy District Washington (NDW), Washington, DC. CNIC’s mission is to provide consistent, effective, and efficient shore installation services and support to sustain and improve current and future Fleet readiness and mission execution.
The work under this task order will primarily be performed within the National Capital Region at CNIC Headquarters Washington DC, and/or Norfolk VA, and/or Millington TN with prior government approval. The customers’ hours of operation are between 0730 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday.
CSA is seeking a NET/ONE Net Analyst to support Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) with the planning, coordination, and execution of IT service acquisitions under the NMCI and ONE Net enterprise networks. This position involves evaluating regional IT requirements and ensuring compliance with CNIC standards and Task Order procedures. The analyst will provide technical guidance to government and contractor representatives (ACTRs), manage IT inventory budget data, and coordinate with stakeholders across OCONUS regions.
How Role will make an impact:
Primary responsibility is to provide on-site support Monday–Friday between 0730 and 1700 EST normal working hours (as directed by the government). Evaluates and analyzes the cost of Regional IT requirements within CNIC’s NMCI IT Inventory budget in the execution of Task Order process.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Must demonstrate very good communication skills and a very high level of technical proficiency specific to both NMCI and FlankSpeed tools and processes.
- Fully knowledgeable and conversant on Navy Outside Continental U.S. Network Enterprise (ONE) Net business rules and associated processes, Navy Policy, guidance, and instructions.
- Fully knowledgeable and conversant on the ONE Net requirements process, Configuration Management Pro (CMPRO) software tool set, NGEN integration activities, and associated processes, Navy policy, guidance, and instructions.
- Familiar with CNIC G2 web portal.
- Provides technical guidance, analysis, processing and scheduling of Task Orders to CTRs and ACTRs in the determination and acquisition of the appropriate services/assets, scheduling dates and submission deadlines in compliance with CNIC standards. Analyze, update and maintain budgetary spreadsheets of CNICs NMCI fiscal inventory requirements and acquisitions.
- Coordinate and facilitate liaison between CNIC Regional CIO’s in EURAFSWA, Far East, Marianas, Korea, Singapore and the ONE Net program office staff (FLTCYBERCOM/C10F) and the program resource sponsor (OPNAV N2/N6) and the network engineering arm for the program (PEO EIS) to track programmatic changes, operations and user policies, monitor new system enhancements providing feedback to ONE Net program office. Attend OMN /customer focus meetings in support of OCONUS regions to bring forth enterprise issues/concerns.
- Track One NET PC refresh schedules, support issues, and budgeting requirements for the CIO’s in Europe and Far East, reporting to CNIC HQ N65 leadership.
- Act as CNIC HQ N65 representative on selected issues requiring CNIC HQ N65 attention in CONUS and OCONUS regions, reporting to CNIC HQ N65 leadership.
- Eliminate reliance of legacy networks and peripheral devices for both ONE Net and NMCI.
- Assist CNIC HQ personnel with One NET documentation requirements and transition tasks.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Education: A college degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methodology, e.g., data storage, software applications, knowledge management, portal management, etc.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a document center, or information center or in a setting in which the primary responsibility is in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to determine solutions to library, records management, or other information-related needs.
