CSA is seeking a Senior/ Mid-Level Installation Analyst to provide installation support across multiple US Navy C4I Programs of Record.


How Role will make an impact:  

  • Provide installation support for multiple programs and systems in the PEO C4I PMW/A 170 – Communications and GPS Program Office. Coordinate/facilitate with internal and external agencies to expedite the installation processes, assisting the government to develop fielding plans meeting schedule and process critical path timelines.
  • In accordance with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP), including Naval Information Warfare SYSCOM/PEO Integrated Data Environment, Repository (SPIDER), Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) Advance Planning Suite (CAPS), and Mod Tracker to ensure that installation packages are delivered in a complete state and in a timely fashion. 
  • Conduct NMP milestone reviews to ensure program and process compliance.
  • Enter and maintain installation information within specific Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) databases. 
  • Assist in the development of ad-hoc installation-related data calls and metric requests, program spend plans, Program Objective Memoranda (POM) input, and Continuing Resolution Agreement (CRA) funding requirements. 
  • Support installation issue resolution, ensure installation status accuracy, assess areas of potential risk and work with the government to resolve installation issues/provide mitigations and ensure program objectives are met.
  • Track all documentation requirements for installations, ensure all documentation requirements are met in time to support program schedules and critical path timelines.
  • Familiarization with the Change Order Request Notifications (CORN) process
  • Develop, update, and review input to installation deliverables: Heat Charts, Waterfall Charts, Program Briefs, A-O messages and/or Target Configuration Date (TCD) messages, Planned Not Authorized (PNA) briefs for immature alterations, Installation Contract Readiness Reviews (ICRR) data calls in support of overall installation execution.
  • Provide mitigations for risks identified in the Platform Configuration Control Board (PCCB) tool for Program Readiness Reviews (PRR) reviews; Sync Fielding Plan (SFP) data calls comparing what is in the plan to what is in SPIDER, Late Ship Installation Drawing (SID) briefs to explain why funding was not at the planning yard at the A-660 milestone for contracting purposes, and provide APM-I(s) with background pertaining to assigned programs for the PMW 750/760 O-6 Installation Readiness Reviews (IRRs).
  • Review and socialize Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) for late adds and/or deletes from the baseline. 
  • Review System SOVTs, Engineering Change Order (ECO) packages, Software Delivery (SWD) packages, work scopes, SCDs, and other installation documentation prior to upload.
  • Routinely employ processes and policies from the Shore Installation Process to include policies listed in SPAWARINST 4720.1, Ship Installation Process Handbook, and Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB).
  • Provide installation related information/updates to regular scheduled program meetings.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • 5+ years’ experience providing installation support to US Navy C4I Programs of Record (POR) or non-POR systems.
  • Familiar with NAVWAR Installation Process Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Specifications, OPNAV instructions, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual
  • Familiar with SPIDER, CAPS, Mod Tracker  
  • Familiar with the Navy Modernization Process
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 What Sets You Apart: 

  • Associate or Bachelors’ Degree desired but not required.
  • DAWIA qualifications desired but not required.
