Information System Security Officer (ISSO)
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support our program at a Remote Capacity.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
How Role will make an impact:
- Leads all Contractor efforts in support of RMF and Cybersecurity and will coordinate with outside agencies and other ARNG MTC sites.
- Responsible for ensuring the appropriate operational security posture is maintained and documented for MTC information systems.
- Responsible for implementing standard operating procedures, implementing DoD, Army, and MTC ARNG policies, and creating and implementing plans of action and milestones (POA&M) in response to vulnerabilities identified during risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
- This position serves as an eMASS administrator. Primary Auditor, responsible for auditing the MTC information systems in conjunction with the Alternate Auditor, and MTC ISSM.
- Assures successful implementation and functionality of security requirements and appropriate IT policies and procedures that are consistent with the ARNG MTC Enterprise's mission and goals.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
- BS degree in Cybersecurity or related field (preferred). Can substitute equivalent work experience.
- IAM II Certification
- Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF requirements for Work Role 722 Information Systems Security Manager (Intermediate) and have at least five years’ experience in DoD Cybersecurity operations.
- Knowledge of NIST, DoD, Army Cybersecurity and RMF processes, policies, directives, instructions, manuals, and best practices.
- Familiarity with industry methods for IT security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation using standards-based tools and procedures.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and Continuity of Operations Plans; enterprise incident response programs, roles, and responsibilities; network security architecture, including topology, protocols, components, and Defense-in-Depth principles; vulnerabilities from alerts, advisories, and bulletins; system performance and availability indicators; network systems management principles and tools; server administration and systems engineering concepts; systems lifecycle management, software security and usability.
- Skilled in assessing security system functionality and operational changes. Strong communication skills with ability to brief senior leaders clearly.
What Sets you apart:
- 3 years’ experience working in MTCs
- 5 years’ experience in assessing and mitigating risk for networks and systems utilized in LVC and integrated training environments that include simulations that stimulate Army C2 Systems and MCIS.
