Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking an Information Program Manager onsite at Langley AFB, VA. This person will serve as the gatekeeper for the administration and processing of publications, guidance memorandums, configuration changes, directives, and notifications.

How Role will make an impact: 

  • Assist A3TO branch leadership with the standardization, "gatekeeping", administration and processing of publications, guidance memorandums, configuration changes, directives, and notifications. Provide updates to division/branch leadership regarding status of each.
  • Assist Functional Area Manager (FAM) in reviewing and coordinating Major Weapons Systems (MWS) AF Instructions/AF Manuals, specific training, and operational guidance with operational units, COCOMs, MAJCOMs, and HAF. 
  • Review and coordinate Fighter MWS Instructions and policy (AFI 11-2F-XX Vols 1, 2, 3
  • Review and coordinate on Fighter policy and technical orders (AFTTP 3-1. 3-3, Technical Orders).
  • Review and coordinate RTMs and reports
  • Review, prepare and coordinate fighter aircrew position specific training syllabi (Initial Qualification Training (IQT)/Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Requalification Training (RQT), and Instructor Upgrade for Flight Crews, and Training Task Lists (TTL). 
  • Perform Courseware Development reviews as requested by the Government
  • Assist with oversight of the overall fighter training development (in support of Government led training), identify and document training deficiencies, and provide recommended solutions
  • Review coordinate and prepare Realistic Training Review Board (RTRB) inputs. Prepare briefings and publish pre and post RTRB products annually
  • Maintain distribution lists with operational unit(s), COCOM, MAJCOM, and HAF. Validate distribution lists are current on a twice a year basis and update. 
  • Prepare and track branch taskers, consolidate required information, schedule and adjustments to taskers based on affected branch manning, experience, training, and abilities. 
  • Analyze taskings, procedures, practices, and resources to be able to both effectively and efficiently resolve operational challenges and issues to help ensure successful mission accomplishment. 
  • Assist with coordination and planning of A3T hosted conferences (approximately four annually), working groups, telecoms, and meetings to include staff briefing preparation, and assistance with event logistics (billeting, protocol liaison, facilities liaison, etc.). 
  • Manage A3T's SharePoint site and other web pages. Perform administrator functions, update SharePoint and web sites to ensure they are current, assist with the site access controls and logons, and assist customers who are requesting access. 
  • · Develop, recommend, update, and maintain office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operations. Provides advice on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements. Assists other staff in locating and selecting the appropriate guidelines, references, and procedures for application to specific cases

  

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must posses and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • Associate degree or 3 years of operations staffing, unit administrative, or orderly room experience.
  • 3 years of USAF or DoD aviation experience. (e.g. Pilot, CSO, ABM, CEA, 1CO, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience supporting office operations and producing letters, reports, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
  • 1 year of HQ staff experience at the NAF level or higher.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds

The annual base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $113,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
