Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Analyst I to support onsite in the Arlington, VA area.


For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.  

This position is contingent upon contract award.


Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.


How Role will make an impact:

  • Conduct analysis of IT portfolios, including the review, validation, and maintenance of system records within federal portfolio management systems.
  • Support enterprise integration efforts by developing and validating DoDAF architecture products (e.g., OV-1, SV-1, AV-1) and performing Gap Analysis between As-Is and To-Be enterprise architecture states using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
  • Perform governance and risk analysis, including alignment of IM/IT requirements with Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation, identifying compliance gaps and developing corrective recommendations aligned with federal standards.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Management resources, including documentation, metadata, and knowledge  articles that support the client's operational continuity.
  • Provide platform operations support, ensuring systems remain functional, current, and compliant with applicable directives.
  • Support cyber and compliance activities, including preparation of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages and Enterprise Privacy Inspection Reports in accordance with DoD Privacy Program 5400.11-R.
  • Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and analytical reports for government stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with government leads, program management, and subcontractor teams to achieve contract deliverables and mission objectives.
  • Track and report on plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms), coordinating remediation efforts as required.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
     - IT portfolio management     - Enterprise integration     - Governance and risk analysis     - Knowledge Management     - Platform Operations     - Cyber and Compliance
  • Required Certifications and System Experience System experience may include one or more of the following:

     - DITPR-DON (Department of Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository, Department of the Navy)

     - DADMS (DON Application and Database Management System)

     - JUPITER

     - Equivalent Federal Portfolio Management tools

  • Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity proficiency is required. Candidates must demonstrate working knowledge of IA policies and procedures, including the following:

     - Privacy requirements and safeguards governing the handling of protected information

     - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards and guidelines

     - Risk Management Framework (RMF), including the assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring of systems

     - Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) compliance requirements

  • Candidates must be capable of applying these policies and procedures to sustain system compliance, support authorization efforts, and contribute to the overall security posture of the supported environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
  • Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
  • Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
  • Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
