Stephen Dolski

Stephen Dolski is the chief financial officer at CSA, responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy and overseeing key operational functions, including accounting, contracts, human resources and talent acquisition, information technology, pricing, and program control.  Stephen joined CSA in January 2026, bringing extensive experience spanning privately held, private-equity backed, and publicly traded companies in the government contracting industry.

Stephen’s background combined deep expertise in the financial strategy with hands-on corporate operations leadership and includes extensive experience in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining CSA, Stephen served as the CFO at SilverEdge where he played a pivotal role in the successful sale to SAIC.  He also held senior financial leadership positions at Serco-North America, Illuminate, and SC3, where he supported a successful sale to General Dynamics, as well as ASRC Federal, and Lockheed Martin.

Steve earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rowan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
