Manny Rivera

Manuel (Manny) Rivera is the Vice President, Navy programs of CSA. In this role, he oversees all program operations for CSA’s Navy contracts and task orders.  

Since 2020, Manny has led a portfolio of Navy programs in Senior Director and Program Manager roles and fostered strong relationships with CSA’s current and prospective Navy customers. Manny’s leadership of functional and technical SME’s has resulted in a high level of mission success and Sailor readiness for CSA’s customers and the Navy at large.  

Manny’s career spans more than 20 years of solution delivery and mission support as a contractor for the Navy, most notably supporting OPNAV and its echelon commands. Before joining CSA, Manny held technical and managerial positions at DXC/Perspecta and Hewlett Packard.  

Manny holds two Master of Science (M.S.) degrees from Western Governors University—one in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and another in Information Technology Management—as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems from the University of West Florida.
