Our CSA Wish Project

Wish Dedication

Each Spring, Operation Dream Maker finds kid’s facing life threatening illnesses and assigns them to CSA to help make thier wishes come true.

CSA Gives

Through fun and friendly competition, CSA, CSA’ers, and friends of CSA donate dollars or vacation time (where applicable), to contribute to granting life changing wishes.

Wishes Granted

CSA works with Make-A-Wish to make wishes come true. We give these kids the strength to fight against and even overcome a critical illness.

Emma's Discovery Cove Wish

Emma, a 17-year-old , is an aspiring marine biologist with an unyielding passion for marine life. Despite facing challenges due to a nervous system disorder, she remains determined to fulfill her dreams. Emma's wish is to visit Discovery Cove in Florida for a marine biology experience where she can interact with marine animals and swim with dolphins.

She intends to use this wish to learn and prepare for her future career. In her free time, Emma enjoys graphic arts, playing Minecraft and listening to indie rock music. She cherishes spending time outdoors with her family. They love camping, boating and riding 4-wheelers together. Emma's parent is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Emmas's wish was granted in mid-August 2023.

Jackson's California Theme Park Wish

Jackson is an energetic and imaginative 10-year-old boy. Despite facing a neuromuscular disorder, his spirit remains unyielding, and he is full of joy and excitement. Video games are his passion, with Mario reigning as his favorite character.

His loves of video games lead him to his one true wish - to go to the California theme parks. He is most looking forward to going to Super Nintendo World in Universal Studios Hollywood. Jackson loves swimming, and stories about Zombies.

He cherishes board game nights, where he strategizes and bonds with his family and friends, always accompanied by his beloved snacks: M&M's, Sour Patch candies and Goldfish crackers.

Jackon's parent serves in the U.S Navy and his wish is scheduled for Fall 2023.

Charlotte's R2-D2 Figurine Wish

Meet Charlotte, a radiant star in the universe of childhood dreams. With a fervor as boundless as the cosmos, she proudly shared that she'd seen Star Wars at least ten times.

During her magical wish journey, Charlotte sketched a heartwarming scene – herself sharing lunch with R2-D2, her beloved droid. Her wish...To have an R2-D2 of her very own, a wish brimming with excitement.

Thanks to Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic and the team at CSA, Charlotte's dream will soon be a reality. A life-sized R2-D2 figure will soon gleam in her room, a beacon of joy. Her space will be transformed into a haven, where shared secrets and endless adventures take flight. Charlotte's father serves in the U.S. Army.

About
Operation Dream Maker

This special fund provides wishes to kids with critical illnesses whose parents and guardians serve, or have served, in the military. In addition to the uncertainty and fear of facing a childhood illness, the families of our military members have the added stress of their service - including deployments and frequent moves.
