We are seeking a highly organized Token Management Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing, recording, issuing, and providing trouble ticket services related to token management for military personnel. In addition, the role will involve supporting VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems and performing Windows System Administrator tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the security, accessibility, and functionality of critical systems, ensuring seamless operations for our military clients.

How Role will make an impact:

• Token Management:
• Maintain accurate records of token assignments, activations, and deactivations. · Issue and distribute tokens to authorized military personnel, ensuring proper authentication and authorization procedures are followed.
• Monitor token inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure an adequate supply is maintained.
• Troubleshoot token-related issues, providing timely resolution to personnel encountering access problems.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practices for token security, including regular updates and audits.
• Windows System Administration:
• Perform basic Windows System Administrator tasks, such as user account management, permissions, and software installations.
• Monitor system health, resource utilization, and security configurations.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and backups.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

• Administer and maintain Splunk Enterprise deployments across classified and unclassified environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. 
• Architect and implement Splunk solutions that support Zero Trust principles, including continuous monitoring, least privilege access, and micro-segmentation visibility. 
• Integrate diverse log sources (endpoints, network devices, identity systems, cloud services) to enable comprehensive visibility aligned with Zero Trust architecture. 
• Develop and optimize correlation searches, alerts, and dashboards to detect anomalous behavior, insider threats, and policy violations. 
• Manage and enhance services within Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to align operational intelligence with security posture. 
• Provide advanced support to Splunk users, including search development, data onboarding, and dashboard creation for security and operational use cases. 
• Harden and secure Linux-based systems in accordance with DISA STIGs and organizational security policies. 
• Automate system administration, data ingestion, and security workflows using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. 
• Participate in incident response and threat hunting activities using Splunk as a primary investigative tool.

How Role will make an impact:

• DTT SME in Sustainment
• Supports live and constructive Mission command training. 
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios. 
• Maintains DTT flexibility in team member composition to provide modular training support requirements to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc. 
• Works with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet the unit’s needs and to provide a realistic training event.
