The System Integration Engineer (SIE) PTOC supports the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of constructive simulations, Virtual/Gaming-based simulations, simulation workstation training, network and system administration on simulation networks, and terrain, modeling and multi-media development. More than 80% of the duties associated with position are technical in nature. This position does not provide work authorization for Germany or Italy.

How Role will make an impact:
- Advises and assists the TOM in developing training solutions, strategies, and strategic messaging.
- In addition, when required, the Senior Training Advisor provides direct support to ARNG collective training events and exercises. Serves as a Senior SME advising TOM in their support of Division and Brigade Commanders on leadership, effective conduct of US Army operations, and collective Mission Command/Command and Control training.
- Assists SMs, OST/ESTs, HSTs, Exercise Directors, and other mobile training teams across the MCTSP community of interest in the planning, preparation, and execution of large-scale collective training exercises.
- Participates in meetings and workshops that shape the MCTSP training strategy and best practices to provide maximum training value to the ARNG.
- As required, is prepared to serve as an exercise higher command role-player or deputy exercise director.

How Role will make an impact:
- Responsible for managing and scheduling all Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) activities for each MTC under MCTSP.
- Key focus is on the synchronization of the national training schedule.
- Runs the Weekly Resource Synchronization Meeting (WRSM).
- Coordinates region to region and surge support to ensure all training events are properly resourced.
- Plans and provides training reports and products to the MTC Staff on task workload.
- Maintains the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinates with MTC leadership regarding training events. Acts as a key leader in the absence of the SM and routinely coordinates with senior operations staff.
Program Technical Analyst (PTA) #2

How Role will make an impact:
- Work with the MCTSP PM or designated representative to provide expertise in Mission command training strategy and simulation systems.
- Possess knowledge of Army Combined Arms Training Strategy (or current HQDA Approved Training Strategy) requirements related to readiness and Army information systems for mission command training.
- At the PM's request, PTAs support ARNG MCTSP projects by planning, preparing, executing, and recommending actions for strategic decision making.
- The Contractor provides doctrinal and technical advisory assistance, briefing support, and assistance with program initiatives, including reports, meetings, white papers, and related activities.
- Analysts interact with the National Simulations Center (NSC), PEO-STRI, and other partners as requested by the PM, MCTSP.
- This includes frequent travel to the National Capital Region (NCR) as required by the ARNG PM, MCTSP.
Assistant Task Order Manager (ATOM)

How Role will make an impact:
- The Assistant TOM (ATOM) will be the alternate point of contact with the MCTSP TOM for all technical requirements in the TO and the supervisor for Contractor employees assigned to this TO.
- The ATOM will be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government PM, MTC-Commanders, and/or the KO/COR.
- The ATOM’s primary place of duty is at the Contractor PMO, preferably located within the NCR area.
