How Role will make an impact:
- DTT SME in Movement and Maneuver (M2)

How Role will make an impact:
- Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
- Ensure training requests adhere to overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year.
- Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.

Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
The Training Specialist supports the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events for exercises up to and including Combined Joint Task Force level; provides subject matter expertise for the Command and Control, maneuver, Fires, Protection and Sustainment Warfighter functions. The Training Specialist also prepares exercise scenarios, war plans, and orders to support exercises; tests and evaluates computer simulation databases to ensure military operations are accurately displayed; develop assessments input for exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and after-action review of company through COCOM-level exercises; design, develop, rehearse, and execute academics; and develop and execute AAR products and take-away packages.

The System Integration Engineer supports the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of constructive simulations, virtual/gaming-based simulations, simulation workstation training, network and system administration on simulation networks, terrain modeling, multimedia development, and Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS).
How Role will make an impact:
- Provide system administration for constructive simulations and gaming models, including but not limited to maintaining Windows 10/11 workstations, Windows Server 2012R2/2019/2022, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/7/8/9 servers/workstations, including software updates, patches, and baselines.
- Work from specifications and installation documentation to develop or modify operating systems applications.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Network SME to support a program at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA.
The candidate will assist in assessing various network technologies, and determining impacts of network infrastructure changes. Must Have a solid understanding of network development concepts and installation of network systems. Candidate should have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and to turn general principles into concrete implementations.

- Assess device configurations and troubleshoot network systems.
- Technically review engineering products that will be issued to the waterfront and/or government.
- Rapidly troubleshoot waterfront issues and help drive resolutions to completion.
- Maintain knowledge of governing requirements to ensure deliverables stay in compliance.
- Mentor and train less experienced teammates.
- Prior direct experience with network technologies (Layer 3 switches, firewalls, etc.) and networking protocols and concepts such as OSPF, routing protocols, and port security.
- Direct experience configuring Cisco, Juniper, or Alcatel devices
- Direct experience with tools such as Wireshark, Net Management solutions and logging solutions
