Quality Specialist
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team and ensure compliance with ISO, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standards, and other applicable industry or regulatory standards. This role will effectively manage our integrated Quality Management System (QMS), while proactively identifying with evolving compliance frameworks relative to our industry, clients and operations. This position is located remotely but may require occasional travel to office locations in Virginia, New Jersey, and California. While remote candidates are welcome, preference will be given to those located near CSA offices to facilitate in person collaboration as needed. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure continuous improvement in Quality Management practices and support project delivery across the full range of corporate capabilities.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Operations, the Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the overall efficacy of the Quality Management System (QMS). This includes but is not limited to the establishment and maintenance of processes to comply with ISO 9001.
Audits and Preparedness
- Coordinate with corporate departments and respective accrediting bodies to new and existing Enterprise certifications.
- Establish an annual quality plan/program which clearly defines practices, resources, and schedule of audit related events.
- Communicate with all levels of the company and partner with various departments to champion the QMS.
- Create an internal audit schedule, conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits and assessments.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing current processes, soliciting and recommending areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions.
- Document and maintain process improvements to demonstrate the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Manage the lifecycle of non-conformities with thorough investigation, employee engagement, and corrective actions.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management program.
- Conduct regular reviews of organizational and enterprise risks, mitigation, and management plans.
- Drive Risk Management framework: identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks impacting quality or compliance.
- Work with cross functional teams to design, document and execute risk mitigation plans.
Documentation
- Draft, revise, and maintain Quality related document procedures and policies.
- Maintain oversight of the review and approvals of the QMS Manual and inventory of documents.
- Responsible for all ISO and CMMI documentation, artifacts or objective evidence in preparation for surveillance or recertification efforts.
- Generate quarterly audit reports that provide actionable insights and timely follow up on improvement opportunities.
Training
- Create organizational engagement and awareness of the QMS through new hire orientation, CSA newsletter updates, and other training materials.
- Generate an understanding of the QMS and its alignment with processes integrated among various programs at CSA.
Reporting
- Develop appropriate tracking metrics and prepare monthly reporting for ISO required management reviews.
- Ensure quality objectives are established, understood, and measurable.
- Lead regular quality review meetings to discuss findings, track progress on quality initiatives.
System Integration Engineer, Part-Time/On-Call (PTOC)

The System Integration Engineer (SIE) PTOC supports the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of constructive simulations, Virtual/Gaming-based simulations, simulation workstation training, network and system administration on simulation networks, and terrain, modeling and multi-media development. Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Training Specialist, Part-Time/On Call to support a program at Grafenwoehr, Germany.
The Training Specialist supports the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events for exercises up to and including Combined Joint Task Force level; provides subject matter expertise for the Command and Control, Maneuver, Fires, Protection and Sustainment Warfighter functions. The Training Specialist also prepares exercise scenarios, war plans, and orders to support exercises; tests and evaluates computer simulation databases to ensure military operations are accurately displayed; develop assessments input for exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and after-action review of company through COCOM-level exercises; design, develop, rehearse, and execute academics; and develop and execute AAR products and take-away packages. How Role will make an impact:
- Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
- Act as the main point of entry to obtain, review, and process training requests IAW the Commander's intent which is submitted to their assigned MTC for resourcing.
- Ensure training requests adhere to overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year.
- Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.
- Responsible for integrating the required contractor training resources prior to and during the event.
