How Role will make an impact:
SharePoint Development and Administration
- Develop and deploy comprehensive SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, lists, libraries, content types, and site collection management
- Work with both SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments
- Administer SharePoint environments with focus on user permissions, security protocols, and governance frameworks

Power Apps Development
- Create custom Power Apps solutions using both Canvas and Model-driven app architectures

- Conduct in-depth analysis of Information Assurance (IA) controls and provide expert support for CS/A&A processes.
- Perform comprehensive system and network vulnerability analysis, risk assessments, and risk mitigation analysis.
- Develop, manage, and track Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to address and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Network Design, Configuration, and Installation:
- Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor enterprise network systems, including switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, and other network appliances.
- Implement advanced routing protocols (e.g., EIGRP, OSPF) and switching technologies.
- Plan, design, and implement local and wide-area enterprise networks, including SDN technologies like SD-Access and SD-WAN.
Security and Compliance:

SharePoint Server Administration
- Configure, manage, and maintain SharePoint Server (2016/2019) environments, including:
- Web applications, site collections, content databases, and service applications.
- Manage user permissions, Active Directory group integration, and SharePoint security policies.
- Implement and maintain governance policies, backup and recovery plans, and disaster recovery strategies.

Instructor Controller, Part-Time/On Call
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Instructor Controller, Part-Time/On Call to support a program at Grafenwoehr, Germany.
The Instructor Controller provides technical expertise for the set-up, configuration, operation, training and troubleshooting of U.S. military command and control related clients and software tools. Individual shall be the technical expert on the simulation-stimulation of the systems to include the employment or mission command information systems and the employment of simulations and/or gaming systems that stimulate mission command information systems. Support the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support exercise control. Provide instruction to personnel as designated by the exercise/event lead to meet individual and unit training objectives. Works in support of IT system configuration; troubleshoot issues and provide IT quality assurance. This position does not provide work authorization for Germany or Italy.
How Role will make an impact:
- Utilize experience and skills from the extensive use of mission command information systems and of live, virtual, constructive and gaming simulations per U.S. Army doctrine for training from assignments in U.S. Army branches such as but not limited to Armor, Infantry, Logistics, Artillery, Military Police, Air Defense, Engineer, Aviation, Signal, Transportation and other organizations and branches. This routine use of simulations and/or command and control information systems includes the following specific duties and responsibilities:
- Operate simulation and command and control system clients and provides functional support and feedback during events.
- Support the technical system used to include writing exercise support plans and identifying personnel requirements.
- Recover and reconsolidate all systems after the exercise to ensure 100% functionality.
- Test and provide operator level maintenance and storage of command and control, simulation, and gaming systems.
- Provide over the shoulder support to the military and civilian personnel on the operation of command and control and supporting simulation systems.
- Support the After Action Review collection and presentation process.
- Provide input to exercise design and technical planning products.
- Provide technical expertise in the set-up, configuration, testing, training, operating and troubleshooting of simulation, gaming and mission command information systems to support individual, collective, and unit training.
- Support system database development and advise on use of command and control, simulation, and gaming systems to support individual, collective, and unit training objectives.
- Provide IT configuration of stations and related systems.
- Support set-up, transition, and break down for all training and training support activities pertaining to this task order.
- Participate in individual training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and exercise and training events and supports the planning and preparation processes and product development as needed.
- Perform IT quality assurance of systems and provide feedback to system network administrators
- Document and update processes including internal training and certification programs.
- Perform tasks under deadlines.

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Training Specialist, Part-Time/On Call to support a program at Grafenwoehr, Germany.
The Training Specialist supports the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of training events for exercises up to and including Combined Joint Task Force level; provides subject matter expertise for the Command and Control, Maneuver, Fires, Protection and Sustainment Warfighter functions. The Training Specialist also prepares exercise scenarios, war plans, and orders to support exercises; tests and evaluates computer simulation databases to ensure military operations are accurately displayed; develop assessments input for exercise design, planning, preparation, execution, and after-action review of company through COCOM-level exercises; design, develop, rehearse, and execute academics; and develop and execute AAR products and take-away packages.
