How Role will make an impact:
- Provides units with a simulation training environment utilizing Government-provided hardware and software configured to fulfill the needs of a simulation control plan.
- Assists team members in the installation, configuration, and operation of the operating system(s), security, and simulation software necessary to the training environment.
- Must have a good understanding of TCP/IP networks and protocols.
- Assists in the tracking and reporting of system/software anomalies that are reported to system developers for correction. (Integration)
- Provides units with stimulation to C4I systems from a simulation training environment to fulfill the needs of a simulation control plan.
- Assists unit representatives and field support representatives in understanding how simulations integrate into the C4I networks to provide stimulation.
- Maintains necessary information assurance protocols on stimulation/simulation systems that include but are not limited to: System lockdown procedures, operating system patches, and stimulation/simulation software patches.

How Role will make an impact:
- Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
- Act as the main point of entry to obtain, review, and process training requests IAW the Commander's intent which is submitted to their assigned MTC for resourcing.
- Ensure training requests adhere to overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year.
- Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.
- Responsible for integrating the required contractor training resources prior to and during the event.

- Acts as the overall communications architect and network team manager for the MTC.
- Designs, plans, implements, and oversees classified and unclassified MTC networks, both WAN and LAN, that support voice, data, and video services for exercises and events.
- Manages MTC integration and use of networks owned and managed by external organizations, including NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIXS, tactical networks, and other networks as required.
- Coordinates network design requirements, and responsibilities with other MTCs and training sites, training units, and external network and communications organizations.

How Role will make an impact:
- Provides specific Intelligence WfF support and exercise development/execution/scripting on both, Lower Enclave and Upper Enclave.
- Attends exercise planning, operations and integration meetings.
- Operates the IEWTPT system in support of exercise events including system startup and shutdown.
- Supports operations in garrison and maneuver/training areas and provides recording and play-back of the exercise.
- Provides briefing system capabilities and limitations including detailed automated/semi-automated AAR data and presentations of this data to the Trainers/Trainees.
- Participates in exercise design based on training objectives with an understanding of basic MI core skills associated with the intelligence process and the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- IEWTPT SMEs in exercise planning and coordination in support of training for MI/Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) operations.
- Coordinates for MI/ISR Soldiers and sections in support of training for Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) tasks, functions, and procedures for MI personnel especially Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) Mission Essential Task List (METL) tasks associated with various MI specialties within team/crew level events.
- Develops, controls and manages dynamically changing exercise data and ensures operator level maintenance and administration is conducted as required.
