WTOP News Recognizes CSA as a 2026 Top Workplace Winner in Washington, D.C.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Client Solution Architects (CSA), a global provider of integrated technology and operational support services to the defense and federal sectors, has been recognized as a 2026 Top Workplaces winner by WTOP News. The award is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential, third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC.

This year, 9,933 organizations were invited to participate in the Greater Washington area Top Workplaces program; 390 chose to survey their employees, and 342 earned recognition based on the results.

Blue and Stephen Dolski, CSA’s chief financial officer, joined hundreds of regional awardees at the inaugural WTOP Top Workplaces celebration June 18 in Tysons, Va., where they were recognized for creating a workplace in which employees feel valued, supported and heard.

WTOP’s recognition is CSA’s first Top Workplaces award for the Washington, D.C., region and its second Top Workplaces honor in 2026, after earning USA Today’s Top Workplaces national award earlier this year.
