CSA Names Stephen Dolski as New Chief Financial Officer

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — CSA is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Dolski as its new chief financial officer. Dolski joins the executive leadership team to spearhead the company’s financial strategy and oversee critical operational functions, including accounting, contracts, human resources, information technology, pricing, and program control.

Dolski brings extensive experience to CSA, with a career spanning privately held, private-equity-backed and publicly traded companies within the government contracting industry. His background combines expertise in financial strategy with hands-on corporate operations leadership. He possesses a strong track record in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, positioning him as a key asset for CSA’s future growth initiatives.

Prior to joining CSA in January 2026, Dolski served as CFO at SilverEdge, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s successful sale to SAIC. His career includes senior financial leadership positions at SC3—supporting its sale to General Dynamics—as well as roles at Serco-North America, Illuminate, ASRC Federal and Lockheed Martin. Across these organizations, he consistently drove financial excellence and operational success in complex environments.

Dolski earned an MBA from Rowan University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. His educational foundation complements his practical experience, equipping him to lead CSA’s financial operations with strategic insight.

As CFO, Dolski will be responsible for shaping CSA’s financial roadmap and ensuring the company’s operational infrastructure supports its long-term goals. His leadership in talent acquisition and program control will be instrumental in optimizing organizational performance.
