CSA Joins National Partnership to Boost Military Spouse Employment
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Client Solution Architects (CSA) is proud to announce its official induction into the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), a key initiative under the Department of War’s Spouse Education and Career Opportunities program. A two-day recognition and networking event will take place on Jan. 29-30 with a formal induction ceremony on Jan. 30 at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.
By joining MSEP, CSA becomes one of 168 new organizations joining the partnership, adding to the network of more than 1,000 employers dedicated to recruiting, hiring, promoting and retaining military spouses in meaningful careers.
Military spouses bring strong skills, adaptability, perspectives, and experiences to the workforce. Yet many military spouses often face employment challenges tied to military life, including frequent relocations. According to the biennial Survey of Active Duty Spouses, military spouses experience a staggering 20% unemployment rate—one of the highest among any demographic in the United States.
Through the MSEP initiative, military spouses connect with partner employers committed to supporting their professional growth and success. This partnership enables CSA to continue providing career opportunities to military spouses, not only strengthening the financial stability of military families but also enhancing force retention and military readiness—essential components of national security and core to CSA’s mission.
