CSA Earns USA TODAY Top Workplace Award for the Third Year in a Row

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Client Solution Architects (CSA) is honored to announce that it has earned the prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, marking the organization’s third consecutive year receiving the national honor.

The award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 40,500 organizations were invited to participate. The winners are recognized for their commitment to fostering a workplace environment that values employee listening and engagement. USA TODAY showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Nashville.

Unlike many workplace awards, the Top Workplaces designation is based entirely on authentic employee feedback. Results are gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, a leading HR research and technology company that has partnered with the Top Workplaces program since 2006. The survey measures key Workplace Experience Themes proven to correlate with organizational health and high performance, including alignment, execution, connection, and leadership.
