CSA is one of the 2014 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania, for Fifth Consecutive Year

December 9, 2014 – MECHANICSBURG, Pa. –Client Solution Architects LLC has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for the fifth consecutive year by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and Team Pennsylvania Foundation. The winning companies are traditionally made up of two groups of companies: 50 small-/medium-sized (25–250 employees) and 50 large-sized companies (251 employees or more).The Best Companies Group, a research firm dedicated to identifying employers that lead the way in defining the employee experience, deterime and rank the winning companies by the highest combined score in a two-part evaluation process: review of a company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics (25%) and results of an employee survey gauging the employee experience (75%).
