December 12, 2009 – Harrisburg, PA — CSA has been awarded a contract to provide Supply Chain Management consulting services to one of the largest food and confectionary manufacturer in the world. Under the contract, CSA will roll out a Transportation Management Solution (TMS) to one of the company’s newly acquired divisions. The TMS solution is an enterprise-wide comprehensive transportation planning and execution software system that generates an optimized transportation solution that reduces freight costs while improving service levels. It also provides the platform to proactively execute, manage and monitor a company's transportation activities.
