CSA Providing Supply Chain Consulting Services to an International Food Distribution Company

August 4, 2010 – Harrisburg, PA — Client Solution Architects, LLC, (CSA) has been awarded a subcontract with JDA Software to provide Supply Chain Management (SCM) services to an international food and general merchandise distribution company with over 1,000 corporate and franchise stores. Under this contract, CSA will assist in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of the company’s demand planning solution.

CSA has been brought in to implement a demand management solution that will leverage advanced statistical analysis techniques to produce a baseline demand forecast segmented by unique selling behavior (i.e. slow moving, seasonal pattern, lumpy). Promotional and external event impacts will also be factored into the final forecast. Ultimately, improved forecasting recommendations will enable the client to better synchronize their customer demands with their available sources of supply.
