CSA Receives Workplace Excellence Medallion from the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management

January 3, 2011 – San Diego, CA — Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) announced today that for the second year in a row, the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management (SD SHRM) has selected CSA as a Workplace Excellence Medallion Winner in the small company category for outstanding workplaces.

The award was presented to CSA at the 2010 Workplace Excellence Awards 11th Annual Dinner, “the Oscars of HR”, held November 10, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla Hilton, La Jolla Torrey Pines in San Diego. The event showcased human resources as a strategic partner and emphasized the impact of effective HR leadership on successful business performance and employee satisfaction. CSA was selected as one of the “Great Places to Work in San Diego”.

Employee nominations from small companies with less than 149 employees to large organizations with more than 1300 employees were evaluated by a panel of judges for this award. CSA’s original nomination as an “Excellent Place to Work” was submitted to The San Diego Tribune by Lauralee Von Husen, Sr. Consultant at CSA. The San Diego Tribune partners with SDSHRM and SignOnSanDiego in sponsoring the Workplace Excellence awards.
