CSA Recognizes Jason Cox for Achieving ITIL v3 Foundation Certification

February 17, 2011 – San Diego, CA — Client Solution Architects LLC announced today that Jason Cox has successfully achieved the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) ITIL v3 Foundation certification. Mr. Cox received his certification from the OGC's certifying body, the APM Group, on December 17th, 2010.

Mr. Cox works in the Information Technology (IT) Department of CSA and provides senior technical leadership and professional services relating to technology support and IT project management. Mr. Cox became interested in ITIL through its growing recognition as the global standard for IT organizational management. He foresees the ITIL v3 Foundations certification as an initial step towards bringing CSA into compliance under ISO/IEC 20000 standards and ultimately developing an IT service offering within CSA.
