CSA Awarded a Contract to Provide Manpower Assessment for Contracting Directorate at the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)
September 15, 2011 – Mechanicsburg, PA — Client Solution Architects, LLC, (CSA) was recently awarded a sub-contract to conduct a Manpower Assessment and develop a Manpower Model for the Contracting Directorate at NAVSUP Weapon System Support (Code 02). Partnered with Markant Corporation and Logistics and Acquisition Partners (L&AP), the team will review current and projected manpower requirements, account for projected workload and process changes, review pending higher-echelon policy changes, and identify mitigating strategies wherever shortfalls may exist. The Manpower Model will provide the Code 02 Leadership with a decision aid to plan for, and adjust to, the changing workload of NAVSUP WSS Contracting Directorate workforce. CSA will be utilizing their Business Improvement and Analytic Services (BIAS) in support of this effort.
