Patrick Carney Promoted to Service Line Management (SLM) Director
January 11, 2012 – San Diego, CA — CSA proudly announces the director-level promotion of Patrick Carney to Service Line Management (SLM) Director, effective 1 October 2011. As the SLM Director, Mr. Carney will work with CSA Leaders to translate the daily impact of our team members to our current and future customers. He will also work with the Operational Leadership to establish the training and growth paths to develop and refine the capability of the CSA teams. The SLM Director enables teams and team members to efficiently satisfy client requirements and translates CSA’s capabilities and offerings to customers who would appreciate efficient, innovative and adaptive solutions.

My near term goals will be two-fold. First, I will continue finalizing the structure of our Service Lines and Offering Descriptions started by my predecessors. This will identify how our capabilities are structured and delivered. Second, I will work to relay some of the outstanding examples of innovation and results to our current and potential customers. In the Program Management and Acquisition arenas, CSA has solved the issues to create common, repeatable and survivable tools that others have been trying to develop for years. These products have years of use ahead, these solutions save money and are good for our clients, and there are more solutions in the incubator.”

Mr. Carney was formerly the CSA Functional Manager for Acquisition and Program Management and has over 15 years of industry experience. He holds B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel, The Military University of South Carolina.
