James Roe Promoted to Infrastructure Management (IM) Director
January 9, 2012 – San Diego, CA — James Roe was named Director of the newly established Infrastructure Management (IM) organizational directorate. As IM Director, Mr. Roe will work in concert with CSA regional Operational Directors, as well as, CSA Organizational Leadership ensuring day-to-day infrastructure, facility and IT needs are met. Internally focused, this includes the establishment of new market offices, lease negotiations, as well as, companywide management of hardware, software, communications and growth-related infrastructure requirements. Additionally, Mr. Roe will begin the process of identifying external IT functional requirements across our Service Lines and, working with our Marketing and Sales (M&S) Organization and recruiting staff, support continued expansion of our deployment and client delivery capability.
“I am proud to have been a part of CSA’s rapid growth to this point and am excited to help lead Infrastructure Management as we continue on this trajectory,” said Mr. Roe. “My immediate focus will be the establishment of a brand new CSA Washington DC based office in Northern Virginia, scheduled to open in the April 2011 timeframe and necessary to support our multiple Pentagon and Veteran’s Administration clients. IM will also be rolling out some exciting new internal IT initiatives focused on the practical application of cloud computing within CSA with an eye to future potential client applications.”
We congratulate Mr. Roe and look forward to continued success as he looks to strengthen CSA’s internal and external foundation. Mr. Roe has held a number of leadership positions with CSA over the last six plus years and brings 17 years of total industry experience. He holds B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and an M.A. in Management from National University.
