CSA Wins GSA Contract to Provide HR Services to COMNAVSURFOR

May 10, 2010 – San Diego, CA — CSA has been awarded a one year contract to provide billet position description classification services to Commander Naval Surface Forces in San Diego CA. Under this task, CSA will review the command’s civilian billet descriptions and assist in a classification program to determine their occupation grouping, title and grade. This effort is needed to help transition the staff’s civilian billets from the current National Security Personnel System (NSPS) to the General Schedule (GS) structure.

This win represents another new logo client for CSA and expands our corporate capabilities into a new area. CSA was awarded this 8(a) contract due to our excellent reputation for delivering high value services to our clients as well as our ability to rapidly respond to the needs of our clients and bring proven expertise to the task. This contract will be delivered in CSA’s Western Region by part time employees Rose Mondello and Barbara Porter with Dan Gomrick as the Project Manager.
