Steven C. Quagliani, CFO

Steven Quagliani is the Chief Financial Officer of CSA. He has over 22 years of experience in operations and financial management positions. His expertise in working with clients has been in financial management, business case analytics, project management and complex life cycle management support programs.

Mr. Quagliani has worked with clients in the Department of Defense, aerospace and defense and information technology industries.

Previously he worked for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where he was responsible for the financial management and contractual management of a large group of contracts within SAIC’s Information Technologies Integration Group. After SAIC, Mr. Quagliani joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as the Operations & Financial Manager where he was responsible for all financial and contractual elements of several large scale multi-year-multi-million dollar information technology contracts.

Mr. Quagliani is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and holds an MBA from California State University, Bakersfield and a Masters of Science Degree in Financial and Tax Planning from San Diego State University.
