Neftali (Lee) Arroyo, CEO

Neftali "Lee" Arroyo is the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of CSA. He has more than twelve years of progressive experience in the areas of design, development and implementation of complex supply chain systems, processes and solutions. He has helped clients in critical areas such as strategy formulation and conceptualization, project management, process improvement, application architecture and design.

Mr. Arroyo's government clients have included the United States Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, Defense Logistics Agency and Office of the Secretary of Defense. His commercial clients have included major brands in the retail, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

Prior to starting CSA, Mr. Arroyo was a leader of the AT Kearney-EDS joint venture, e-Solutions, which sold management consulting services. While there he was responsible for EDS’s supply chain consulting service line that was delivered worldwide. Mr. Arroyo was responsible for delivery methodologies, sales, marketing, alliances, project delivery and customer satisfaction. He maintains deep technical, process and implementation knowledge of supply chain systems from many of the leading software technology firms in the industry and is often called upon for his insight. Prior to EDS, Mr. Arroyo worked for Bristol Myers Squibb (US and Europe) where he was an integral member of several global supply chain transformation projects.

Mr. Arroyo is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Kearsarge (LHD-3) and at the Norfolk Naval Station Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Depot.
