Brian K. Lebeau Sr., COO

Brian Lebeau is the Chief Operating Officer and the other principal owner of CSA. He has fifteen years of experience in operations, program management and analytic modeling for government and commercial clients. He is well versed and industry-respected in the application of mathematical modeling techniques to complex economic and financial issues as well as in the development of logistics engineering studies and analyses.

Mr. Lebeau’s skills and experience includes metric modeling, performance measurement, failure tracking and trend analysis, logistics engineering, contract management, supply chain algorithm analysis and application selection, optimization modeling, business case analysis development and financial analysis and management.

Prior to starting CSA, Mr. Lebeau was with EDS Corporation where he led the public sector financial modeling group that developed tools to determine business case and financial impacts of federal government programs such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning, NASA IT Services and the 2010 Census. Prior to EDS, Mr. Lebeau was a program manager for TCI where he provided analytic reliability, maintainability and supportability services to clients who procured and maintained complex satellite communication systems. Mr. Lebeau has also spent part of his career in academia where he taught economics at Clark University, Bryant College and Stonehill College.

Mr. Lebeau holds an undergraduate degree from Stonehill College and a Masters Degree in Economics from Clark University.
